About Patterson
In operation since 1856, Patterson Warehouses is one of the oldest continuously operating companies in the Memphis area and has been specializing in third-party warehousing and distribution services longer than any other 3PL in the Southeast. A long-standing legacy of service, combined with our strategic central U.S. location, has enabled us to build a unique mix of customers and clients including import to retail manufacturers, food and beverage producers, raw materials suppliers, web fulfillment resellers and many others.
Flex with Us.
Patterson currently operates 2.7 million square feet of food-grade warehouse space in the Memphis market in two operational campuses - one inside the Airport Aerotropolis Zone in Memphis and one site just across the state line in North Mississippi. All operational buildings function as separate entities with dedicated operational and administrative staff. This model provides the space and management control needed for customers both large and small but also allows for flexibility in staffing to meet the requirements of the busiest receiving and shipping days. Quick access to new industrial space based on the needs of customers or prospects is never a problem because of our long history in the Memphis marketplace. We have also developed working relationships with 3PL providers in other major cities whenever a multi-city distribution strategy is required.
Experience Counts.
Our management team at Patterson Warehouses is led by a group of highly seasoned experts with, collectively, more than 150 years of third party logistics experience and nearly three decades working together at Patterson. This team oversees 125 permanent employees and approximately 200 flex staff daily and can cost-effectively ramp up any work group to support the unexpected demands of customers both large and small.
